    My daughter really would like to try camping but l was a small kid last time I did it so I am quite hesitant. This post helped me a lot, thank you.

    Last year when we went camping with our 3 kids, I didn’t bring many things for them to play with. I was so involved into making sure that we had our essentials that play stuff was forgotten! I will definitely remember this year when we go again! Love the first kid idea – a definite must (of which I didn’t think about last year as well!)

    Great suggestions! I totally agree about packing light and taking lots of light. We recently got a new small tent and pit it up in my lounge to let the kids play in it and get used to it before our first overnight trip 🙂
